Attorney Robin Fleischer, owner, is a respected attorney who is known for her integrity, honesty, and creativity in finding solutions to some of the most emotional and tough legal issues.

Her clients describe her as “feisty” and “unrelenting” when advocating for their interests. She strives to protect her clients’ rights by zealously providing personal yet purposeful representation to obtain for her clients the most equitable divorce settlements they deserve.

Attorney Fleischer graduated the Massachusetts School of Law in 2012 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar the same year. She brings to her clients a combined 30 years of legal experience from working as a paralegal in the firm Joseph D. Wishnow and Associates, and as an attorney upon admittance to the bar in 2012.

Practice areas include mediation, divorce litigation, complex custody and guardianship issues, child support, violation of court orders and post-divorce issues, defending and obtaining abuse prevention orders and criminal defense in the District Court.

Barry Fleischer, trained mediator, and administrative manager brings to the practice his years of work in the customer care arena. Barry Fleischer is also an accomplished jazz saxophonist who can be heard on the local New England music scene.

Attorney Fleischer is the Vice President of the North Shore Women Lawyer’s Association and member of the National Association of Divorce Professionals.

Her speaking engagements include educating people how to prepare and protect themselves during a divorce.

Her pro bono work includes volunteering as Lawyer for the Day at Essex Probate and Family.
