About Peter Schaefer

Peter Schaefer is a life long resident of Central New York and has a special connection to the area and its residents.

Mr. Schaefer received his undergraduate degree in finance from Syracuse University in 1980, and thereafter received his Juris Doctorate Decree from the Syracuse University College of Law in 1983. He was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 1984 and in New York State in 1985. Mr. Schaefer is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court Northern District of New York.

Peter Schaefer has over 15 years of experience in representing individuals in Bankruptcy. He is very familiar with the local Bankruptcy Court and the local Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Trustees. Peter prides himself in offering personalized service to his clients.
