About Antonietta DeVito

Ms. DeVito founded DeVito Law Offices in 2007 and brings her personal attention and twenty years of experience to all clients. She provides counsel on real estate and probate matters including real estate closings, title disputes, drafting and negotiating Purchase and Sale Agreements, wills, trusts and estate planning, as well as business and civil litigation. Prior to founding DeVito Law Offices, Ms. DeVito served as a staff attorney for several other law firms in the Boston area.

Ms. DeVito received her Juris Doctorate degree from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2002. While in law school, Ms. DeVito was a member of law review and wrote for the school newspaper. She is a current member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

Prior to entering law school, Ms. DeVito worked for a family-run business in mortgage lending. During this time, she established many relationships with lenders and business professionals with whom she currently works. She also worked at Bolt, Beranek and Newman where she was in the Corporate Accounting Group. Her responsibilities included handling large reconciliation accounts, helping the Vice President of finance make daily investments, and drafting policies and procedures for the entire Corporate Group.

Ms. DeVito completed her undergraduate studies in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree with Dean’s List Acknowledgment in Accountancy and Business from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. There she received the Bentley Vanguard best writing award as a staff writer for the school newspaper and was a member of the commuter society.
