About William Hoitink, Jr

William Hoitink, Jr joined the firm in 2015. His primary areas of real estate attorney practice are residential and commercial real estate, probate and estate planning, and business law. He has extensive experience as a real estate attorney representing lenders, investors, builders and mortgage brokers in all aspects of both residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Hoitink was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology as an undergraduate where he earned a B.S. in Business Management in 2000. He continued his education at Georgia State University where he received his JD/MBA in 2003. Mr. Hoitink was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2003, and is a member of the Real Estate section of the Bar.
