About Jundong Ma

Jundong “JD” Ma is the founder and principal attorney of JDM Patent Law PLLC. Mr. Ma has prosecuted hundreds of patent applications in the areas of 3G wireless communications, software (graphical user interfaces, computer imaging, database, VOIR PKI-based security), electronic circuits (CMOS, MOSFET), digital signal processing, business method, medical devices, etc., over 100 of which were successfully issued to patents. Mr. Ma also had extensive experience in post-grant proceedings, such as Inter Parte Review (IPR), and in appeals before the Federal Circuit. Other patent-related experience includes litigation support, client counseling, licensing, and rendering legal opinions on patent-related matters.
