About Allan Mcfall

Alan B. McFall is the senior shareholder and president of McFall, Layman & Jordan, P.C. He practices in the areas of wills and estate administration; commercial and residential real estate involving acquisition, development, financing, and structuring of diverse types of business and residential real estate transactions, including planning, subdivision and zoning matters; formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships; liquor licensing and license transfers; and civil litigation matters. Alan also represents municipal authorities and school districts as solicitor and special counsel.

Mr. McFall, a Penn State graduate, holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Indiana University and a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University. He is a past president of the Northampton County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, The Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

His community involvement includes serving as a Trustee and Past Chairman of Phoebe Ministries, a non-profit multi-facility organization specializing in healthcare, housing and support services for seniors. Alan also serves as a Trustee of the Northampton County Historical and Genealogical Society.
