About Thomas Foley Jr.
Thomas G. Foley, Jr., a founding partner, of Foley Bezek Behle & Curtis LLP graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1975. He was an Assistant Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1975 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California; and the U.S. Tax Court.
Since 1978, his practice has primarily involved business litigation and class actions.
He has lectured on litigation-related topics at continuing education seminars sponsored by the American Bar Association, the California Continuing Education of the Bar, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Continuing Legal Education Institute.
He has tried as lead counsel in more than twenty-five jury trials to verdicts in both state courts and federal district courts.
Martindale Hubble has assigned Mr. Foley an “AV” rating, which is the highest rating possible for legal ability and ethics. He was also designated as a “Super Lawyer” in the field of business litigation in Southern California each year from 2006 through 2015.
