About Gary Grasso

Gary is a forty-year attorney, Mayor of Burr Ridge, IL, former DuPage County Illinois Board Member, and past Chairman of the DuPage 911 Board. Gary brings you an extensive and successful legal career along with deep knowledge of public services issues. Gary has a long, successful history in the prosecution and defense of Law Firm and Lawyer malpractice cases. As a young attorney, he helped start, then build the legal malpractice department of a prominent Chicago insurance defense law firm. He also has represented patients, and defended physicians and hospitals, in high-stakes and emotional medical malpractice cases for twenty years. Since 2001, he has concentrated his legal services in representing clients against law firms and attorneys, including representing hedge and private equity funds, insurance companies, businesses, real estate developers, estates, and individuals. He has handled and tried cases in state and federal courts and argued appeals in state appellate courts in Illinois and New York and before the Indiana Supreme Court. Gary also uses his public service knowledge and skills to assist clients with local and state government issues and regulations. Gary is an energetic and tireless advocate for his clients with proven results.
Gary always puts Family First. Janet and Gary have been married for over forty years, they have raised six children and now also have three daughters-in-law and five grandchildren – so far.
