About Jeremy Bardsley

Jeremy is an experienced securities litigator and concentrates his practice in the areas of business litigation, construction, and employment law.

Prior to joining K&S, Jeremy was an enforcement attorney with the Massachusetts Securities Division where he conducted investigations into possible violations of the federal and state securities laws. In his previous position, he represented the government in civil enforcement proceedings against investment banks, broker-dealers, investment advisors, and other financial institutions in numerous civil investigations involving the federal and state securities laws.

Jeremy advises clients on a wide range of complex disputes and has particular experience in cases involving complex insurance products, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and private placements.
