About Marjorie Varrichio

Marjorie A. Varrichio graduated Fordham University with the highest honors and is a graduate of Pace School of Law. Since 1992, Marjorie has been representing seniors, individuals with special needs and their families. She assists clients to remain at home with appropriate Homecare, and assists in nursing home placement for those clients who need more specialized care. She creates Supplemental Needs Trusts that are Medicaid compliant. She commences Guardianship Proceedings for those clients who will benefit from the assistance of a Guardian. She creates estate plans that preserve assets and pass wealth to future generations.

From a young age, Marjorie has always held seniors in a special place in her heart. She has volunteered in nursing homes since elementary school. She has championed the right of disabled individuals and seniors to a safe and autonomous lifestyle. In her many speaking engagements throughout the Bronx and Westchester, Marjorie has spread the message that knowledge is power. Marjorie has a compassionate manner and prides herself on listening to her clients to arrive at a plan that is uniquely tailored to meet each client’s needs. Marjorie makes house calls and hospital visits, meeting with clients where they are most comfortable.
