About Steve Lacy

Steven E. Lacy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1973 from North Carolina State University and with his Juris Doctrine in 1980 from the University of Miami. Steven was admitted to the bar in 1981. Steven has over thirty years’ experience in criminal, traffic, and domestic law. Steven was born in St. Joseph, Missouri and currently resides with his wife on the river in Pamlico County. When not working tirelessly for his clients, Steve enjoys spending time duck hunting, boating, and gardening.
