About Norman Barilla

After graduating with his B.A. from John Carroll University in 1972, Norman moved on to graduate with his J.D. from the Ohio Northern University’s College of Law in Ada, Ohio. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania and Lawrence County Bar Association, and is a former first assistant District Attorney in Lawrence County. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyer Association, and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer Association. Norman is admitted to practice before all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

He is a former solicitor for the New Castle Area Transit Authority and the municipality of Union Township, Lawrence County, PA. He is currently a solicitor for the Lawrence County Building Trades, Inc., and for the Prothonotary of Lawrence County, PA (30 years).
