About Shanice Stahl

As an associate attorney at Stewart MacNichols Harmell, Shanice Stahl provides skilled representation in a variety of matters, including DUI Cases, criminal defense, mental health as related to criminal cases, and compromises of misdemeanors. For over 6 years, Ms. Stahl has been vigorously advoacating for clients in Western Washington. Ms. Stahl has an integral understanding of the law, as well as trial experience. Ms. Stahl has the experience in a number of courts, creating the necessary knowledge to defend your rights and to honestly assess your case and its complicated issues.

Ms. Stahl has been involved in creating the first municipal DUI Therapy Court in Western Washington. Ms. Stahl understands the importance of supporting clients through all parts of the judicial process. She calls upon this experience, advanced training, and knowledge when working to have DUI cases dismissed or reduced so clients may avoid jail, remain licensed, continue to work, and succeed in treatment.

Ms. Stahl employs a methodical approach to getting cases dismissed, reduced, amended, or prevailed on at trial. Ms. Stahl has worked in a number of courts in and around Western Washington. When she’s not adovacating on behalf of her clients, Ms. Stahl gives back to her community by assisting at a non-profit business in her area. She spends her free time sewing, doing craft projects, and dancing. Ms. Stahl is an avid reader and believes every year requires a reread of the entire Harry Potter series.
