Kaitlyn Miller is a solo practitioner located in Reno, Nevada. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada, the State of California, and the U. S. District Court for the District of Nevada. She represents clients in family law and divorce practice areas.

Prior to opening her private practice in 2013, Kaitlyn was a Deputy Attorney General in the Litigation Division of the Nevada Attorney General’s office. During her tenure, she gained broad civil litigation experience in jurisdictions across the State, representing the Nevada Department of Corrections.

Before joining the Attorney General’s office, Kaitlyn represented numerous creditors, including several of the nation’s largest banks, in civil litigation and bankruptcy proceedings. She gained experience representing creditors in chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, as well as in foreclosure proceedings, evictions, garnishments and executions of judgments. She additionally drafted contracts and financial agreements on behalf of her clients.
