Lesa has nearly 40 years of legal experience. Her focus is on mediation while collaborating with Attorney Trautwein on litigation and strategy.

After more than 22 years, ABC Family Law is one of the most established Family Law firms in San Diego County. We provide litigation and mediation services through our highly experienced divorce lawyers who know the law and the special rules of Family Law cases. At our core is doing high quality work while compassionately caring about out clients. Our aim is settlement, but we are seasoned trial lawyers ready to vigorously represent you in court if necessary.

ABC Family Law has deep roots in the San Diego legal community, with predecessor firms dating back to 1983. In 2000, Principal Attorney and Mediator Lesa Christenson joined forces with three other prominent female attorneys to form what became the largest female-owned Family Law firm in San Diego. The firm continues to evolve and added a Mediation Center in 2019.
