Experience
Michelle González Sánchez, a Miami native, is a founding member of our law firm. Michelle is a board-certified real estate attorney. She concentrates her practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions, business acquisitions, corporate formation, contract negotiation, foreclosure law, real estate contract disputes, and landlord and tenant law, and represents real estate developers and investors in all phases of financing, acquisition, and sales.

Her real estate and business experience includes the negotiation, documentation, and closing of secured lending transactions for financial institutions as well as private investors. She frequently lectures on real estate matters to the members of the real estate industry and has lectured and written materials for CLE credit for the National Business Institute.
