About Robert Kitsmiller

Mr. Kitmiller’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He has experience in contract litigation, bad faith insurance litigation, banking litigation, fraud recovery litigation, corporate affairs litigation and estate litigation.

Mr. Kitsmiller grew up in the Denver metropolitan area and attended Bear Creek High School. Mr. Kitsmiller enjoys helping clients in complex commercial litigation matters in a wide variety of areas. Mr. Kitsmiller is sensitive to client goals and the costs of litigation. He has helped many clients resolve disputes in mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Kitsmiller’s trial experience involves state and federal courts inside and outside of Colorado. He has been admitted pro hac vice in state, federal and bankruptcy courts in California, Florida and New York.
