About James Stovall

Jim was born and raised in Oregon. Jim attended Willamette University College of Law. After graduation, Jim moved to Colorado and was admitted to practice law in 1978.

Jim’s practice includes all matters concerning real estate, including, but not limited to, new development, creation of subdivisions, property conversions, contract formation, banking law, the purchase and sale of property, and the representations of Homeowners Associations. Additionally, Jim maintains excellent working relationships with title companies, construction companies, architects, and lending institutions located both within and outside of the Vail Valley.]

On a personal note, Jim is an avid pilot, skier, and mountain biker.
