About Lyanne Winikoff

Lyanne Winikoff is a partner at Greenspoon and has been a member of the firm since 1998. Lyanne practices in the area of corporate and commercial law and has a particular expertise in the fields of biotechnology and pharmaceutical law, information technology and intellectual property. She has extensive experience representing private and public companies in a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, licensing and distribution agreements, co-promotion arrangements, technology transfers, and research and development collaborations.

Lyanne was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1998. She received her Bachelor of Common Law and Civil Law (LL.B. and B.C.L.) from McGill University in 1997. She also received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in 1993, with concentrations in Management Information Systems and Entrepreneurship.
