About Jack Steiner

For nearly two decades, I have been a Certified Family Law Specialist as designated by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. I handle the full spectrum of family

law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, paternity, post-judgment matters, pre-nuptial agreements, post-marital agreements, paternity, annulments, legal separation, contested matters, and mediated resolutions. I practice primarily in Santa Clara County.

I have been a member of the California Bar since 1995. I received my law degree from Boalt Hall, at the University of California at Berkeley after spending my first year of law school at Santa Clara University. While in law school, I co-founded and was the first President of the Boalt Hall Family Law Committee. I hold a B.A. in Rhetoric from the University of California at Berkeley.

My activities with the Santa Clara County Bar Association, and Family Law Executive Committee include being chair of the Executive Committee, Chair of the Bench-Bar Liaison Committee, Co-Chairing the Program Committee, and Chair of the Rules Committee. I am also a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists.

I am a fifth-generation Californian and a Bay Area native. I am married and have four children.
