About Howard Hershman

Howard B. Hershman was admitted to The Ohio Bar Association in 1978, and now practices in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan in state and federal courts. His current practice centers around the representation of creditors and business clients in both commercial and consumer litigation. He has represented large national banks, regional and community banks, credit unions, small loan companies, materials suppliers, and commercial landlords in matters of collection and creditor rights. His practice has included commercial and consumer foreclosures, the recovery of personal property, and the representation of creditors and bankruptcies. Contingency, hourly, and fixed fee arrangements are available, depending on the circumstances of the case.
