About Blake Hilty

Blake has advised numerous clients in cases involving the division of substantial assets, including closely held businesses, investment portfolios, executive compensation, intellectual property, and real property. When handling challenging, high-asset divorce cases, Blake’s clients benefit from his financial background.

Clients rely on Blake’s strong judgment in developing their case for success inside and outside of a courtroom. He works with clients to understand their values and goals at the outset of a case and develops a tailored legal strategy to protect their interests.

In a collaborative process with clients, Blake helps them understand their options, sets a plan of action and lays out the next steps. Clients appreciate that he always provides his candid advice, even when it is difficult, and keeps them focused on the big picture. He considers it part of his role to shoulder as much client stress as possible during their period of transition to provide relief as they go about their daily lives during the case.
