About Vicki Podberesky

Prior to starting Andrues/Podberesky, Ms. Podberesky was a partner with the firm of Nasatir, Hirsch, Podberesky & Khero, where she specialized in representing individuals in both state and federal criminal matters, as well companies and individuals in administrative and in-house investigations. Her prior experience is as a litigation attorney in the law firm of Jones, Day, Revis & Pogue, practicing white collar criminal defense, and as an associate at the law firm of Finley, Kumble, Wagner, Heine, Underberg, Manley, Myerson & Casey, representing individuals and corporations in complex criminal and civil fraud litigation.

Ms. Podberesky has received numerous honors for her work in the field of criminal defense, including the Los Angeles Criminal Courts Bar Association 2014 Jerry Geisler Memorial Award for outstanding skill and expertise as a trial attorney. She also has been recognized in Best Lawyers of America, with distinctions for white collar and non-white collar criminal defense, and has been named in Super Lawyers of Southern California from 2004-present, as well as Top Women Lawyers.

Ms. Podberesky has co-authored a chapter on release procedures in the California Criminal Law Procedure and Practice, 2nd edition treatise, and has been a presenter at various conferences and seminars on issues concerning criminal law and the representation of the accused.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Criminal Courts Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
