About Christopher Sposato

Chris started his legal career in New Orleans and New York City in Admiralty and Maritime Practices, specializing in the purchase and sales of vessels, ship financing, and vessel registration. He developed an expertise in specialty insurance coverages and placements, and over time, assisted with the development of insurance coverages for underground storage tanks, multimillion dollar high-layer excess coverages for large corporate insureds, and parametrically-based insurance for homeowners and businesses providing hurricane deductible and supplemental expense payment coverages.

In 2006, Chris embarked on his own to form Integrity-Resources, an independent and innovative business consultancy providing advisory and product development services to U.S. Based and International Companies in the financial, insurance, and reinsurance industries. He also provided “outsourced in-house counsel” services to start-up Bermuda reinsurance companies owned by well-known U.S. hedge funds, such as Citadel and Warburg Pincus.
