About Tabitha Zimbert

Tabitha Zimbert is a senior associate at Andrues /Podberesky and practices both state and federal criminal defense with a focus on cases involving complex criminal investigations and white-collar crimes.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Zimbert was an associate at Nasatir, Hirsch, Podberesky & Khero, a criminal defense firm comprised of nationally recognized attorneys with an extensive background in the representation of individuals and organizations facing complex state and federal criminal matters. As an associate with Nasatir, Hirsch, Podberesky & Khero, she worked on both state and federal criminal matters as part of the defense team representing clients against charges of mail and wire fraud, tax fraud, healthcare fraud, worker’s compensation fraud, political corruption, drug crimes, sex offenses, and other violent crimes. She is also a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College where she successfully completed an intensive two-week trial practice program for criminal defense lawyers.

While in law school, she served as a law clerk for Nasatir, Hirsch, Podberesky & Khero. Ms. Zimbert is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Criminal Courts Bar Association of Los Angeles, and California Attorneys for Criminal Justice. In addition, she has volunteered her time working with the California Innocence Project, an organization dedicated to freeing those wrongfully convicted and improving the laws and procedures of the justice system.
