About Aliza Herzberg

Aliza F. Herzberg counsels employers in managing all aspects of their relationships with their employees.
She advises U.S. companies, and U.K. and E.U.-based companies with U.S. operations, on a broad range of employment issues, including compliance with employment laws and regulations, reductions in force, drafting and negotiation of employment and severance agreements, and the due diligence associated with mergers and acquisitions. She provides holistic advice that is focused on the success of the “whole client.”

Aliza also helps employers deal with crises as they arise. She frequently conducts and manages workplace investigations that arise based on employee complaints. She provides minute-to-minute counsel on dicey terminations and other employment decisions.
