About Steven Greenberg

My name is Steven Greenberg and I am the founding attorney of CRGO, from its earliest form more than fifteen years ago to its present incarnation.

Originally trained as an Electrical Engineer at Columbia University in New York City, I practiced embedded systems and software development for several years, including as a founding member of a start-up organization, before returning to law school as a second career.

For more than two decades since, my practice has focused on intellectual property (IP) rights with an emphasis on global patent portfolio design, development, and management, domestic and foreign patent prosecution; patent portfolio market analysis and divestiture; patent post-issuance proceedings including re-examination; patent infringement and invalidity analyses and opinions; intellectual property due diligence in private equity and mergers and acquisitions; and strategic IP consulting.
