About Meredith Lamb

Meredith M.B. Lamb, Esq., has rejoined Lamb Law Offices and is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina. She is licensed to practice law in New York (2010) and in North Carolina (2007). Meredith began her career in North Carolina then her career extended to Rochester, New York, when she moved to her husband’s hometown. One of her first cases in Rochester was a highly publicized criminal case. In the past, she has won a criminal jury trial receiving a not-guilty verdict and/or acquittal to add to her resume. She has always practiced matrimonial law with the exception of a one-year stint at the Public Defender’s Office in North Carolina. Meredith knows about divorce.

For the last ten years has practiced law in the areas of family law, matrimonial law, and criminal defense. Meredith is a collaborative divorce attorney and is certified through CLARA. She is currently the Chair of the Solo and Small Committee at the MCBA from 2016 to the present. Meredith is currently the Secretary of the Family & Matrimonial Committee from 2016 to the present. She is a member of the Technology Committee, the Diversity Committee, and the Nominating Committee with MCBA. Meredith is also a member of Rochester Rotary. She is a member of the Golf Committee which works to annually support the Rotary Golf Tournament. She provides her time and personal monetary donations for Rotary as well.

Meredith believes in family, community, and volunteering, but also understands divorce, custody, and child support can and are sometimes a part of life in today’s society.
