About Anne Rhu

A native of New York, and the mother of a child with a disability, Anne has lived in Nevada for many years. As a specialist in special education law, she has a long-standing commitment to children with disabilities.

She was the first professional disability advocate in southern Nevada to work for the State Protection and Advocacy (P & A) agency and subsequently served as the regional director for that agency. She later held the position of special education compliance administrator in the Clark County School District. As a special education compliance consultant she worked on two class action lawsuits outside Nevada.
After a six-year hiatus in the design industry, she joined the Special Education Department at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, where she worked with Greg Ivie. In October 2014 she joined Greg in his private practice.
