About Shelby Stoner

Shelby Stoner is an associate at the firm’s Seattle office, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including class actions, labor and employment disputes, American Indian Law litigation, and appellate litigation. She represents private, public, and nonprofit clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Shelby previously worked as a law clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Shelby maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing clemency petitioners, asylum seekers, and domestic violence survivors.
