About Randall Single

Randall C. Single represents clients in connection with a wide range of transactional real estate matters, including representation of both sponsor and investor clients in connection with real estate joint ventures, representation of both seller and purchaser clients in connection with commercial real property acquisitions and dispositions, representation of both borrower and lender clients in connection with real estate senior and mezzanine financings, representation of landlord and tenant clients in connection with commercial lease, and representation of developer clients in connection with commercial and residential development.

He has experience with the foregoing across all asset classes, including office, multi-family, R&D/industrial/warehouse, retail, and residential projects. Randy joined the firm in February 2004 after serving as General Counsel for Divco West Properties, LLC for three years.
