About Andrea Mackaronis

Andrea Mackaronis joined the firm as an associate in 2007 and became Partner in 2016 due to her demonstrated success in her specialized area. Andrea has devoted her practice exclusively to Family Law and related issues of divorce, including child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, prenuptial agreements, and post-judgment issues. She also handles non-dissolution matters.

She has successfully represented clients in motions, hearings, trials, and mediations awarding custody of minor children, alimony, child support, and name changes for minor children. She has also successfully represented international clients in their New Jersey divorce litigation.

Andrea practices numerous forms of alternative dispute resolution, including but not limited to mediation, arbitration, and collaborative law. She has mediated small claims matters in the Superior Court of New Jersey – Special Civil Part and is trained in collaborative law. In addition, she serves as President of the New Jersey Council of Collaborative Practice Groups (NJCCPG) and the Mid-Jersey Collaborative Law Alliance (MJCLA). Utilizing the collaborative process reduces expense, stress, and turmoil as parties go through their divorce. Meetings are conducted with the entire collaborative team, which allows parties to make great strides and progress toward a resolution. Discovery is streamlined, saving time and resources, and the process follows a “roadmap” that guides the team toward a resolution.
