About Evan Kirshenbaum

I serve as legal counsel for the Cranston City Council in Rhode Island, holding the position of Deputy City Solicitor and previously serving as Assistant City Solicitor. In addition to my municipal legal roles, I have also contributed to legal education through my involvement as a lecturer at National Business Institute seminars. My areas of expertise in these seminars include child custody and visitation, the comprehensive process of handling divorce cases from inception to resolution, assisting clients in achieving favorable outcomes, offering a comprehensive guide to divorce proceedings from A to Z, and addressing advanced family law topics.

Furthermore, I have had the privilege of sharing my legal insights with students as a guest lecturer at Brown University, where I have discussed the intricacies of the legal landscape in Rhode Island. Additionally, I have been invited as a guest lecturer to provide valuable perspectives on financial issues in divorce during Rhode Island Professional Day events.
