About Clarence Chan

After graduating from Yale and Hastings College of the Law, Clarence K. Chan worked for five years with the respected attorneys at Kroloff, Belcher, Smart, Perry & Christopherson. In 2002, Mr. Chan opened his own office in the convenient Brookside neighborhood, representing clients with various needs.

Clarence Chan has been practicing law in California since 1997. He graduated from Yale University in 1992 and from Hastings College of the Law in 1997.

Mr. Chan has worked with a number of clients in planning their estates and crafting plans and instructions that provide clients with peace of mind. Mr. Chan has also represented professionals, small businesses, and entrepreneurs: negotiating and preparing contracts and leases, providing strategic counseling, and resolving disputes with negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

Finally, Mr. Chan has represented persons who have suffered catastrophic injuries as a result of automobile collisions and other accidents. Mr. Chan is fluent in Chinese.
