David M. Beginning his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney in 1993, Mr. Lehr worked his way through the ranks of the prosecutor’s office, culminating with his recognition as the Outstanding Team Prosecutor of 2006. During his prosecutorial career, Mr. Lehr was responsible for successfully bringing ninety-nine jury trials to verdict, and in 2006 alone, he separately resolved more than 1,000 felony cases without going to trial.
