About Edward Seplavy

Edward Seplavy is a workers’ compensation attorney who has been working for the rights of hurt workers since 2003. Edward Seplavy has an extensive background and proven success within the workers’ compensation field. He provides aggressive, personal, and prompt representation of your injury case. Mr. Seplavy served in the Marine Corps from 1988 to 1996; thereafter, he obtained a B.A. degree in Criminal Justice from Buffalo State and a Juris Doctor in Litigation from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2002. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2003. His affiliations include the New York State Bar Association, Injured Workers’ Bar Association, and the Ulster County Bar Association.
