About Scott Klemp

D. Scott Klemp is the managing partner of the firm. His practice is concentrated in the areas of business and commercial transactions, with a significant amount of time devoted to business planning, corporate and contractual issues, and advising clients on a number of employment-related matters. Mr. Klemp served for many years as an Arbitrator for the Minnesota Better Business Bureau and has served as a volunteer judge for various collegiate and high school mock trial tournaments.

Mr. Klemp is a 1984 graduate of Hamline University (B.A. Legal Studies), and he received his Juris Doctor in 1986 from Hamline University School of Law, where he was a member of the Hamline Law Review. Mr. Klemp was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in October of 1986, and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota in October of 1986.

He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Dakota County Bar Association. Mr. Klemp resides in Eagan, Minnesota with his spouse, Amy, and his daughter, Lexi.
