Mark S Cherry graduated from the Delaware Law School of Widener University J.D. in May 1986. Before that Mark earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Moot Court Honor Society Temple University in August 1979.

Mark is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Federal District Courts, Bankruptcy Court, Federal Court of Appeals, and U.S. Tax Court and has been a sole practitioner since 1986.
