Theodore Vander Wel, Gary E. Jacobson, and S. Isabella Kim, and their support staff including a certified paralegal.

Theo Vander Wel is primarily a real estate, contested trust, and probate and business litigation attorney. When necessary, Theo vigorously represents his clients in court. A litigator since he began practicing law in 1988, Theo has assisted clients across Western and Central Washington. His real estate and land use litigation experience includes disputes involving purchase and sale agreements, property lines, and easement rights. He has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits related to contracts, collections, consumer, corporate, employment, construction, civil rights, product liability, trusts, probates, torts, condemnation, and other real estate matters.

Theo has argued in the State Superior Courts, Courts of Appeals, the Washington Supreme Court, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is licensed in the Washington Supreme Court, the Western District of Washington, and the Ninth Court of Appeals. While most clients are charged on an hourly basis, some collections and contract litigation are performed on a contingency basis.
