Thomas Coffey Morrison
Tom has extensive experience in private tax practice, concentrating on tax planning and tax dispute resolution. He has had 22 years of prior experience with the I.R.S. as both a trial attorney and as manager for the I.R.S. Washington, D.C. Office of District Counsel. He holds also an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.
