About David Luker

David Luker has practiced criminal defense in Alabama and around the Southeast since 1983. He is a senior member of the firm of David S. Luker, PC & Associates in Birmingham, AL. His practice concentrates on criminal defense, with a special emphasis on drug offenses, white-collar crimes, capital murder, murder cases, and other serious criminal offenses. During his 35+ years of practice, he has handled thousands of criminal cases including complex white-collar and drug cases in both State and Federal Courts, and numerous capital murder cases and trials throughout the State of Alabama, and across the Southeast.
