About Mathew Boruta

Matthew has practiced exclusively in bankruptcy and consumer protection since 1997. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Indiana Bar Association- Bankruptcy Section. As well he frequently teaches legal education classes for attorneys through the NBI (National Business Institute). He also has experience with filing individual and class action lawsuits for violations of the FAIR, DEBT, COLLECTION practices act and the bankruptcy automatic stay.
