About María Albuja

María Belén Albuja is an attorney licensed to practice law in the United States and specializes in Immigration Law. Before graduating from the University of Denver School of Law (in 2009), she studied law in her native Ecuador, in addition to having obtained two master’s degrees in Comparative Law in England and the United States. María Belén is the General Manager of ALBUJA LAW and directly supervises case management so that our clients’ trip to the United States is worthwhile. After the COVID-19 pandemic, she decided to implement an innovative process in the services of ALBUJA LAW.

Taking advantage of the use of technology, the new business habits caused by the pandemic, and the vision of expanding the firm’s services, He redesigned the method of working with his clients and introduced into his professional practice the possibility of dealing with immigration cases for anyone who has a smartphone, regardless of their location. He has also led a process to turn his firm’s work into a green practice with an interest in reducing the carbon footprint. As an immigrant who has come all the way to become a US citizen, attorney, and businesswoman, she is well aware of how extending a helping hand means a lot to anyone who needs support. At 50 years old, María Belén continues to pursue success manifested in the feeling of being happy.
