About Andrew Gerber

Andrew focuses the core of his practice on trademark, copyright, and related litigation and dispute resolution. His practice also includes general commercial and contract disputes, entertainment, employment, false advertising, and trade secrets. He has represented clients in a wide variety of fields ranging from digital media to publishing to entertainment to consumer products.

Prior to co-founding the firm, Andrew was an attorney at Proskauer Rose and Kilpatrick Townsend, with a focus on intellectual property litigation.​
