​Mr. Davis has tried over 100 cases in front of juries, and thousands of hearings before judges. He began providing services to Southeast Colorado in 1990 as a deputy district attorney in Colorado’s 15th Judicial District. After 3 years he opened his private practice in Lamar, Colorado.

Since 1993 Mr. Davis has primarily provided assistance to families as they navigate the complexities and uncertainties of divorce, custody, criminal law, probate, and civil litigation.

Mr. Davis also provides services to small and medium-sized businesses in formation, real estate, contracts, and litigation matters.
