About William Pavlov

He aggressively pursues the clients’ cases in the Family Court and the Immigration Courts.

When necessary, he will appeal your case to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Federal Courts of Appeals. Attorney Pavlov has been before the U.S. Supreme Court on four different Certiorari Petitions involving Immigration matters. He has handled tough Immigration cases and difficult divorces.

Attorney Pavlov has substantial experience in criminal defense as related to family and Immigration matters. Attorney Pavlov graduated from the Law School, University of Houston, Texas in 1979. He is a graduate of Penn State University with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and New York University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Attorney Pavlov is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, New York, Texas and the U.S. Supreme Court, Washington, D.C. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Atlanta, Georgia.

He practices before the Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Attorney Pavlov has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Attorney Pavlov has boundless energy when it comes to serving his clients. He is nationally certified fitness professional.
