About Mark Battaglia

With more than 15 years of legal experience, Mark Battaglia has a reputation around Chicago and Northeast Illinois for being personal and compassionate to his clients but thoroughly prepared and aggressive to his opponents. He is well known to both criminal defense and family law practitioners throughout Cook, Will, DuPage, and Kankakee Counties. Mark began his career in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. He had assignments in the criminal appeals and criminal prosecutions departments. In 2005 he opened his own firm and practiced alongside his father, Phillip Battaglia, who had a lengthy career representing family law clients in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. Mark grew up in Chicago and knows the city well. He lives and has his office on the West Side so he can be close to home and convenient for his clients.
