Turner & Associates, P.A. is a law firm devoted to litigation nationwide and globally. The foundation of the firm is civil litigation. Although we have been involved in white collar criminal prosecutions from time to time, the firm’s focus has been on automotive product liability litigation, human rights litigation, anti-terrorism financing litigation, including global financing of terrorism and money laundering, as well as asset recovery, foreign surveillance and account and asset tracking, and corporations providing material support to designated and known terrorists.

Our heritage was founded on the proposition that all people are created equal, and that all deserve equal treatment under the law. A critical component of our heritage — one that flows with these rights — is the duty to exercise personal responsibility in our daily lives, including responsibility for any harm our actions caused to fellow citizens and consumers.

Corporations are no different than individuals in that corporations have the same rights and responsibilities, including the responsibility to respect the rights and safety of consumers, and to accept responsibility for decisions and actions taken.
