About Scott Fuller

Scott R. Fuller was born in Quonset Point, Rhode Island on September 4, 1961. In 1980 he graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire and in 1984 he graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and a concentration in Economics. After six years of commercial underwriting experience in the insurance industry, Mr. Fuller graduated from the Fordham University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1990. Mr. Fuller is licensed to practice in New York, Connecticut and Washington, D.C. In April 1992, Mr. Fuller joined the Law Offices of Lee M. Fuller, Jr. and in January 1998 became a partner. In January 1999, the firm changed its name to Fuller & Fuller LLP. Mr. Fuller has served on the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), New York Chapter, Vermont Service Center Liaison Committee and in 1992, co-authored “The Employment-based Preference Category” published by the Immigration and Naturalization Institute. Mr. Fuller has frequently served as a guest lecturer at Fordham University Law School.
