Frank J. Maida’s grandfather started the firm all the way back in 1924. His son took over the family business and Frank eventually took over the operation with his partner, Tagnia F. Clark. Frank went to Texas Christian University for his undergraduate degree and received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. Board certified, he’s been practicing bankruptcy law since 1980.

Tagnia attended Lamar University and graduated from South Texas College of Law. She’s passionate about helping clients facing debt crises and educating them about their filing options.
